Consider this new way to think about preparedness.

Have you ever thought about the idea of eating the food you have stored? Is it a pleasant thought or one you'd rather not have? Wendy DeWitt has come up with a way to make sure that you would enjoy eating what you have stored. If you want a little bit of light reading first, take a look at her Top Ten Reasons I Don't Have My Food Storage.

As with most things, you won't be able to do it all at once. But, if you choose the parts that work for you, this can be a great addition to your preparedness plan. Personally, we love the solar oven and vacuum sealing jars. Those are easy for us to do as we work into the rest of the plan.
